We are looking for a Christian Youth and Families Worker to work with our volunteer team to disciple our young people and help extend our outreach to the local community.
Felpham is a seaside town in West Sussex with good transport links and local amenities. The church is situated on a main road and next to a large park with sports facilities and a playground. We have around 70 members, many of them actively volunteering in our outreach, and a good local reputation for our Children’s, Youth and Family activities which attract over 50 under 18s weekly and more to our occasional events. We’d like to reach out to more families and are looking for help with our vision for growth. Our buildings are well used by the local community and along with good links with local schools this provides an excellent starting point for a worker with the right skills. Could this be you? We have the funding for a full-time role (35 hours per week) for 3 years, however we are open to discussing part-time, term-time or job-sharing options with the right candidate.
